A basic requirement in our profession is competence. That’s why all R3 staff members have a university background and receive further training on a continuous basis. Our aim is to make it possible for each member of our professional staff to become a qualified public accountant. All qualified accountants employed at R3 are members of Far (the Institute for the Accountancy Profession in Sweden).
